1. Agreement

Using mindwaeke.com means accepting what follows. Anyone who does not accept it should close the tab; no other remedy is offered and none is needed.

2. Purpose

General information about one dietary supplement. Not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a substitute for a qualified opinion about your own health.

3. Keeping the figures right

What appears here is taken off the bottle and off the seller's own published pages, and checked before anything goes live. None of it is fixed: the seller can revise a formula, a package or a price whenever they like, and this page will not always know on the same day. Treat the checkout total as the authority and this site as a description of it.

4. How this site is paid

An order placed through a link on these pages earns this site a referral fee. You are charged the same either way. The whole arrangement, including why we print the things a buyer might not want to hear, is on the disclaimer page.

5. Who you are actually buying from

The purchase agreement is struck between you and whoever operates the checkout. Getting the parcel to you, taking the money, cancelling, refunding and standing behind the guarantee are all on them. We are not named in that agreement, which is why an order problem cannot be escalated through this website.

6. Limits

These pages come as they are, with no warranty attached to them of any sort. If someone claims to have lost out by reading this site, or by taking a product described on it, that claim is excluded to whatever extent the law allows and no further. Anything the law refuses to let us exclude stays exactly where the law puts it.

7. Who owns what is on the page

The writing, the layout and the code here were made for this site and are not free to lift in bulk. The brand name and the bottle photography are the manufacturer's, shown so you can tell which product is being described. A short excerpt with a credit and a live link pointing back is fine by us.

8. Outbound links

A link elsewhere is a convenience, not an endorsement. Whatever sits at the other end of it belongs to whoever runs that site.

9. Fair use of the site

Automated requests heavy enough to slow the server, wholesale republication and any unlawful purpose are all out of bounds.

10. Revisions

This page can be rewritten at any point. The stamp underneath shows when it last was. Carrying on with the site afterwards counts as accepting whatever changed.
