Privacy
A short policy, because a site with no accounts and no checkout has very little to hold.
The short version
No accounts, no login, no newsletter, no basket. This site never asks for your name, address or card details because it has nothing to do with them. The one piece of personal information that can ever end up here is whatever you type into an email and send us yourself.
Collected automatically
Ordinary server logs: the page requested, a timestamp, the referring page, browser and operating system, and a truncated IP address. Analytics counts visits in aggregate rather than following individuals between sessions.
Cookies
Nothing here drops an advertising cookie or a tracking cookie under our own name. Affiliate links pass a reference to the seller so a commission can be attributed, and the seller stores that under their policy. Your browser settings control all of it.
A message to support@mindwaeke.com sits in one inbox until the exchange is done and is then deleted. Nothing is added to a list, sold or passed on.
Who else sees it
Nothing collected here is sold, rented or shared, with one exception: a properly issued legal demand would be complied with.
Once you reach the seller
From the moment the checkout loads you are on the seller's site under the seller's privacy policy. Everything a purchase involves is collected by them. None of that reaches us, and we would have nowhere to look it up even if you asked us to.
Security
Served over HTTPS. Since no customer records are stored and no payments are processed, there is no database of personal information here to breach — a design decision rather than luck.
Analytics and how we read traffic
Visit counts here are read in the aggregate — how many people opened a page, which page sent them, roughly which country they were in. There is no profile built against an individual reader and no attempt to follow one person from one visit to the next.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not aimed at anyone under eighteen. No part of it asks a visitor their age, because no part of it asks a visitor anything at all.
Asking us about your data
Write to the address above if you want to see what is held on you or want it erased. Given how little there is, that exchange is usually over in one reply. Should this policy ever be rewritten, the stamp underneath moves with it.
